Hartley Lifecare's Workplace Gender Equality Report
Hartley successfully achieved the requirements for the Workplace Gender Equality Agency's reporting matrix. The figure that has been the focus of public scrutiny is the Gender Pay Gap, which is expressed by a percentage. A positive percentage indicates men are paid more on average than women whilst a negative percentage indicates women are paid more on average than men. Hartley is pleased that it has a gender pay gap figure of 0.6%, which is nearly neutral. The 2023-2024 report is available here.
